This environment piece was my final major project during my 3rd and last year in the Game Development program in college. Preproduction was done over 4 months and production over the following 4 months. The purpose was to explore a new theme of science fiction and futurism which I had not touched upon in past projects, refine my understanding of modular design, and learn new lighting techniques. All assets are modular and feature a low poly design with high poly details achieved through normal and AO map baking. Total tri count for the entire scene is 10,412.
